Which FreezPaw size is right for my cat?
FreezPaws are designed for supplemental feeding and enrichment. This product may be used daily alongside a complete and balanced feline diet. Feed up to 1 filler per day for an average-sized adult cat.
Is the FreezPaw dishwasher safe?
Yes, FreezPaw is dishwasher-safe. Just toss it in the dishwasher, and it’s ready for its next use!
Does the FreezPaw work well for tough chewers?
While FreezPaw is made of durable materials, it is primarily designed for cats who enjoy licking and gentle chewing. It’s less suitable for extremely aggressive chewers.
Who is FreezPaw most recommended for?

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses?
Yes, we are pleased to offer worldwide shipping for our products. Whether you are looking to have your items delivered to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or any international location, we've got you covered. Our goal is to make our products accessible to customers around the globe.
Can you ship treat fillers internationally?
The ability to ship our treat fillers internationally varies depending on the destination country's specific import regulations. For instance, Canada currently does not accept treat refills due to its import restrictions. However, in Europe, the acceptance of such products can differ from country to country.
We recommend that you check with your local shipping carrier or customs office to understand the specific import rules for your location. It's important to confirm whether these items are permissible in your country before placing an order.

How much is shipping?
In the USA - Orders above $45 will ship FREE with USPS, UPS Ground, or DHL.
Canada Shipments - Orders above $75 will ship free with DHL International. Refillable treats cannot ship to Canada.
International Orders - Orders above $109 will ship free with DHL International.
What is the status of my order?
Login at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order. Please note: Order status and tracking information is not always updated in real time, so please contact us in urgent situations.
You’ll receive an email to let you know we received your order. When your order ships, we’ll send another email with tracking information.
How do I cancel or change my order?
To cancel a FreezPaw order before it is shipped, please contact us with your order number ASAP at team@freezpaw.com. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet been shipped. Please note: if the item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
How long does it take to get my order?
Most customers can expect to receive their items within 2 to 8 business days.
Where are your products shipped from?
We currently ship from our warehouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Who will be delivering my order?
We ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.
Do I need to be there to sign for it?
Nope! If you’re not home, the driver will leave your package at the door, inside your mailbox, or with your doorman.
What happens if my package gets lost?
All items purchased from FreezPaw.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your order is lost, please contact us at team@freezpaw.com and we will do our best to help you locate it.

How can I find out when an item is back in stock?
When an item is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when it’s available again. Go to the item page, enter your email address, and click “Notify Me” to sign up. We’ll send one email notification for each item that’s back in stock.

Is there a minimum purchase amount for my order?
No, there is no minimum purchase required. You may purchase as many items as you need.
